Stretching is essential
Before you start begin with some stretching that will not only warm up your muscles but also prevent injuries.
Synchronized arm & leg lift
The exercise is easy to start with and if your toddler doesn’t want to imitate yourself you can easily integrate her/him in the exercise by letting her/him clim upon you. Trust me this will be additional fun for them and additional weight for you. :)

In the dark season we are plagued by listlessness and exhaustion. With the Matsyasana exercise, the fish, you can get your body and mind going. However, keep in mind that doing this with your toddler this exercise might not workout the first time.

Training to keep your balance will not only give your body more strength but also your mind which is super important your mommies & their busy days.

Finishing with a hand stand is something that will make you happy and that you can also train with your toddler. They will be super quick in picking up this exercise.
